This exceptional holiday cottage sits directly on the bank of the Lužnice River in a popular recreational area, just 5 km from the historic town of Tábor. The cottage is an ideal choice for a peaceful family holiday in close contact with nature — from the windows and the covered veranda, guests enjoy a lovely view of the enclosed garden (300 m?), right next to the river itself. The built-up floor area of the cottage is 40 m?.
Guests can relax on the covered veranda, unwind in the garden, or gather around the outdoor fire pit. On rainy or cool days, the crackling fire in the living room stove creates a wonderfully cosy atmosphere. For an authentic river experience, a canoe can be hired for 500 CZK per week — please note that the canoe request must be specified at the time of booking. A riverside restaurant is located in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, so a great meal is always within easy reach. Check-in is available between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
Tábor and its surroundings offer a full programme for the whole family: the historic town centre with a zoo, the Hussite Museum, the Tábor Botanical Garden, the medieval underground tunnels, the Museum of Chocolate and Marzipan, and the Lego Museum — all just 5 km away. More adventurous visitors can explore the Kozí Hrádek ruins (14 km), Choustník Castle (15 km), Měšice château (11 km), or the Chýnov Caves (22 km).

Nájemce, chatka, prostředí to všechno super. Nevýhodou je hustě osídlená oblast. Pokud si sem někdo přijede odpočinout z města od řinčení tramvají, ten bude spokojený. Kdo by sem však přijel odpočinout od venkovského prostředí ten bude zklamán. I v neděli tu uslyšíte sekačky, křoviňáky a i cirkulárku. Okolí bylo hezké, procházky po okolí fajn.
Oceňuji blízkost řeky, vhodné pro rybáře.
Fajn bylo velké množství dřeva pro grilování, nebo ohníček.
V celém objektu spousta pavučin s pavouky. Pavučiny ty staré, dlouhodobé, takže toto určitě nebylo uklizeno před příjezdem.
Spaní špatné, tvrdé matrace, postele nízké, spíte téměř na podlaze. Nevhodné pro lidi s pohybovými problémy.
Voda pouze užitková, železitá. Při sprchování tedy hodně cítíte železo, nebylo to úplně příjemné.

How can I book a stay and make a payment?
- By clicking on a free-unoccupied week you choose the arrival date and in the order you fill in number of weeks, number of persons and other necessary data.
- After you send the order you will be displayed the booking confirmation including the summary of information, where are you confirmed that for a period of 5 weekdays after sending the order your booked staying is temporarily reserved for you.
- The definite reservation of the staying is accomplished on the day of receiving a pre-payment on the agency´s bank account.
- After the agency receives the pre-payment you will be sent by post or e-mail the "Confirmation about receiving the first payment".
- The after payment is paid before your arrival on the agency´s bank account. You receive the application for the after payment cca 6 weeks before the arrival. In case the number of days between the date of your order and arrival date is 50 and less, the amount of the pre-payment equals the total price of the staying.
